You have the capital and the vision to start your project. Why work with us?
Time is money. We know your time is valuable, and that's why we are committed to helping you protect it. Poor title research, policy missteps, and lack of awareness of local government priorities end up costing developers thousands of dollars in unnecessary delays. We are a team of professionals with years of experience inside the world of municipal development permitting, and we come to the table knowing not just what government officials will need, but how they will think about your project.
Permitting is stressful. Whether you are a developer or investor, we understand that your priorities lie in expanding your business and saving time for higher-order strategic planning. We take the day-to-day minutiae of communicating with permitting authorities off your plate - we handle the application forms, emails, meetings, community presentations, and other items that end up distracting you from the real key decision points.
Our cost ROI is top-notch. Large permitting companies charge inflated rates to support their institutional-scale work. We are a local start-up of qualified professionals from the brokerage and planning industries, and the small size of our operation allows us to charge a fraction of what larger players do - adding value and saving money on your balance sheet.

Max's experience also includes his time working for the Boston Planning and Development Agency (BPDA), where he served as the permitting and entitlements manager for projects within Boston's urban renewal zones. Max's role with the BPDA exposed him to the intricacies of Boston's zoning and approvals process, including Article 80, Article 35, CFROD, GCOD, and MGL 121A/B.
